Your work profile

Profile Name- Senior Data Analyst

Analyze healthcare and insurance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

Define KPIs and develop dashboards, reports and management insights.

Validate, reconcile and interpret data from multiple systems and sources.

Perform statistical analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Work with business and technical teams to clarify analytical requirements.

Maintain data dictionaries, analytical documentation and presentation materials.

Educational Qualification

Masters/Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Data Science.

Experience

10+ Experience in Data Analytics with minimum experience in Health insurance domain/Health care domain..

Demonstrated experience delivering responsibilities relevant to this profile in enterprise or public-sector environments.

Key Technical Skills

Advanced SQL, Excel, BI tools and data visualization.

Statistical analysis, KPI design, dashboards, trend analysis and predictive insights.

Data cleansing, validation, reconciliation and analytical data modelling.

Understanding of health insurance/healthcare datasets, claims, utilisation and programme indicators.

Key Responsibilities
