Role Summary:

We are looking for 2 experienced Business Analysts to assist in driving the requirements and testing (BRS), creating test scenarios and in user testing of new front-end application supporting Custody, Professional Clearing Member (PCM), Fund Accounting and CSGL operations.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze and document Business requirements from Custody, PCM, Fund Accounting, and CSGL operations teams through process walkthroughs

Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Specification documents (BRS), user stories, and assist in preparation of wireframes for the front-end application

Map end-to-end workflows and work with UX/UI designers to define screen flows

Define data requirements and work with data/backend teams to ensure the front end correctly reflects data points from backend applications

Prepare use cases, process flow diagrams and test case scenarios (TCS), support test execution, log and track defects and validate fixes with business users

Required Skills & Experience

Knowledge of Securities Market Operations

Experience of writing BRDs/FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology

Experience with UAT planning, test case design, and defect management.

Good communication skills — able to work with both business SMEs and technical developers.

Ability to manage multiple work streams (Custody, PCM, Fund Accounting, CSGL) in parallel.

Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline

Level of Experience Required 3 to 6 years

Location and way of working

Location- Mumbai

Working from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, with a hybrid model tailored to each domain’s specific needs

Education : MCA/ Mtech/ MBA/ B. Tech/ BBA/ BSC/ BE/ B.Com
