Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manager to lead Salesforce consulting, solution design, and delivery across enterprise transformation engagements. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, overseeing solution architecture, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

10–14 years of experience in IT consulting, enterprise application delivery, or Salesforce implementations, with substantial hands-on Salesforce experience.

Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation or transformation engagements from discovery through deployment and stabilization.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, security, automation, integrations, and platform capabilities.

Experience with one or more Salesforce clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Manufacturing Cloud.

Understanding of Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.

Strong understanding of data migration, environment strategy, release management, DevOps, and application lifecycle management.

Demonstrated experience in project delivery governance, risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder management.

Proven ability to manage client relationships, lead teams, and resolve complex functional and technical challenges.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications:

6 to 8 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.

At least 3-4 end to end SFDC implementation experience in India or globally

Education:

Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes

Location and Way of Working:

Base location: Hyderabad

Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
