Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Experience with integrations, data migration, and deployment tools.
Good understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or enterprise digital transformation projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
