Senior Zoho Developer

Location: Remote / On-site (Specify Location)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Zoho Developer with a strong background in designing, documenting, and delivering solutions that address complex business requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Zoho One suite of products, including Zoho CRM, Creator, Flow, and Analytics. This role requires a proactive individual who can execute automation and efficiency improvement initiatives while ensuring seamless integrations between Zoho and external third-party applications.

Responsibilities:

Design, document, and deliver solutions that meet complex business requirements using the Zoho One suite of products.

Develop and implement Deluge scripts, widgets, creator applications, and native workflows.

Execute automation and efficiency improvement initiatives across Zoho CRM, Creator, Flow, and Analytics.

Design and implement seamless integrations between Zoho and external third-party applications.

Develop complex custom workflows and manage workflows, functions, and API calls to ensure smooth and scalable operations.

Create and maintain technical design documentation for all developed solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and workflows.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge and experience with Zoho One suite of products.

Proficiency in Deluge scripting and developing custom applications within Zoho Creator.

Experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party applications.

Strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Creator, Flow, and Analytics functionalities.

Ability to create technical design documentation.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with API integrations and managing API calls.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Knowledge of data analytics and reporting within Zoho Analytics.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in Zoho development and implementation.

Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Certifications in Zoho products are a plus.
