Your work profile
Configure and support SAP Production Planning (PP) functionalities.
Gather business requirements, analyze manufacturing processes, and provide effective SAP solutions.
Work on demand management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), capacity planning, and production scheduling.
Configure and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), work centers, routings, and production versions.
Manage planned orders, production orders, order confirmations, and goods movements.
Work on discrete manufacturing and repetitive manufacturing processes, as applicable.
Support production execution, order settlement coordination, and shop-floor process improvements.
Configure and support MRP Live and other relevant SAP S/4HANA PP functionalities.
Integrate SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, FI/CO, and warehouse management modules.
Prepare functional specifications for reports, enhancements, interfaces, and forms.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Support implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and production support activities.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional teams.
Prepare functional documentation and conduct end-user training.
Key skills required
Experience in SAP S/4HANA PP.
Knowledge of MRP Live and Fiori applications.
Experience with SAP PP/DS is an advantage.
Exposure to SAP QM integration and manufacturing execution processes.
Experience in end-to-end implementation or global rollout projects.
Relevant SAP certification is an advantage.
