Scrum Master / Project Manager
Experience of working in CMMI Level-5 company as Scrum Master or Project Manager
Good working knowledge of working in Waterfall model.
Develop and manage customer initiated IT requests from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, hardware procurement, resource allocation, and project execution coordinating remote work closely with teams.
Provide end to end project management and direction to ensure the requesting customer has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake within the team.
Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Good Data analytical skills
Good understanding of engineering metrics like Review Efficiency Defect Density, Defect Leakage, Velocity, Sprint Completion Ratio and other project level metrics etc.
Provide frequent follow up and governance for all requests in queue and facilitate formal reviews with support partners and monitor deliverables until agreed upon handover is achieved
Ability to work with and lead a team
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
