Job Title: Salesforce Developer (SE/SSE)

Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Salesforce Developer to bridge the gap between our CRM and our AWS microservices-based architecture. You will drive development for Sales & Service Clouds while collaborating on high-scale integrations. This role offers significant learning opportunities to work alongside a modern engineering stack including AWS, Data Cloud, and SFMC.

Technical Responsibilities

Custom Dev: Design and build high-performance solutions using Apex and LWC .

Service Console: Customize the agent experience via Omni-Channel, custom console components, and complex Case Management.

Integration: Build and maintain robust interfaces between Salesforce and AWS Microservices using REST APIs, Platform Events, and Event Relays.

Modern Data: Leverage (or learn) Data Cloud and SFMC to unify customer profiles and drive automated marketing journeys.

DevOps: Utilize Git and CI/CD pipelines to manage code deployments within a sophisticated engineering ecosystem.

Technical Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of Salesforce development.

Core Skills: Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder .

Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Console .

System Design: Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external microservices (AWS experience is a major plus).

Nice to Have: Familiarity with Data Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) .
