Locations: Pune & Mumbai (Project Sites)
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in HR, preferably in site HR operations.
Key Requirements:
Experience in site HR operations, employee coordination, attendance, onboarding, and documentation.
Willingness to relocate to any project site across Pune, Mumbai, or other locations as per business requirements.
Flexibility to travel and take up site assignments at short notice.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
