Key Requirements:
Experience in billing and quantity estimation for industrial construction projects.
Knowledge of BOQ, RA bills, quantity surveying, and reconciliation.
Ability to prepare and verify contractor bills and client bills.
Experience in rate analysis, measurement sheets, and cost control.
Strong coordination with site execution, planning, and project teams.
