SJ Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.

Position: Senior Executive – Recruiter

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 3+ years

Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Construction recruitment is required

Working Days: 2nd and 4th Saturday Off

Notice Period: Candidates with a short notice period will be preferred

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and headhunting.

Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

Handle CTC negotiations, offer rollouts and joining follow-ups.

Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Manage multiple positions simultaneously and ensure timely closures.

Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate pipelines and hiring reports.
