Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with 3–5 years of experience in search engine optimization to improve Inkarp’s website visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, content optimization, and SEO analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end SEO for multiple websites covering different brands and products.

Improve Google search rankings, local SEO, Google Business Profile, and local visibility.

Optimize AEO, GEO, AIO, AXO, SXO, and VSO for AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and voice search.

Execute on-page SEO, content optimization, and technical SEO activities.

Manage off-page SEO, backlink building, local citations, and business listings.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO strategy development.

Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and website performance.

Prepare SEO reports, analyze results, and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and organic search optimization.

Strong understanding of Google search algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

Experience in optimizing business websites, product pages, and content-driven websites.

Proven ability to analyze SEO performance and improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Keyword Planner.

Working knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.

Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Knowledge of website platforms such as WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.

Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in scientific instruments, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or industrial technology.

Understanding of lead-generation-focused SEO strategies and conversion rate optimization.

Familiarity with schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and Core Web Vitals.
