Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Data Testing to lead and execute data quality assurance activities within the DATATESTING domain

Job Description

Design and implement robust data testing strategies to ensure data accuracy completeness and integrity Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development business and project stakeholders to gather and refine data testing requirements Develop and manage comprehensive test plans and test cases focusing on ETL processes data migration and validation Analyze data models mappings and transformation rules to identify potential data quality issues Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards throughout the testing lifecycle Utilize SQL and data testing tools to validate data transformations and business rules Promote continuous improvement in data testing methodologies and automation frameworks Mentor and support testing teams to elevate their technical skills and testing capabilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop maintain and execute both automated and manual test scripts focused on data testing

Conduct thorough data validation and exploratory testing to detect discrepancies and data quality issues

Lead test planning test case design execution and defect management activities

Monitor quality metrics test coverage risks and release readiness

Manage defect tracking reporting and resolution processes to ensure highquality data deliverables

Ensure traceability between requirements test cases and defects

Participate in defect triage regression testing and release activities

Collaborate with stakeholders to document testing processes outcomes and best practices

Foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the data testing team and across the organization
