Associate Principal - Data Engineering

Architect and administer enterprisescale Snowflake platforms across multiple environments

Define architecture and standards for Snowflake databases schemas warehouses roles users and access controls

Establish enterprise RBAC security governance auditing and dataaccess standards

Lead performance tuning capacity management warehouse optimization and costcontrol initiatives

Define standards for monitoring troubleshooting operational support and platform reliability

Lead Snowflake migrations upgrades integrations and platform modernization activities

Design secure integration between Snowflake and Azure AWS GCP ETLELT and BI platforms

Establish standards around resource monitors virtual warehouses data sharing cloning and recovery capabilities

Drive automation through scripting Terraform Git and CICD

Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership and mentoring to Snowflake teams

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Snowflake administration and platform architecture

Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture databases schemas virtual warehouses and storage

Handson experience with RBAC users roles privileges security and governance

Strong SQL and performancetuning expertise

Knowledge of Snowpipe Streams Tasks Time Travel ZeroCopy Cloning and Secure Data Sharing

Experience with monitoring resource management and Snowflake cost optimization

Integration experience with Azure AWS or GCP

Experience with CICD Git Terraform scripting and automation

Strong troubleshooting architecture stakeholdermanagement and technicalleadership skills
