About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI & AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and scale intelligent AI-driven platforms that transform natural language into meaningful business insights. This role sits at the intersection of Generative AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Backend Development, focusing on building production-grade AI agents, conversational systems, and semantic data layers.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and enhance LLM-powered AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, RAG frameworks, and advanced orchestration techniques.

Build and maintain scalable FastAPI-based services with asynchronous processing, authentication, observability, and Redis-based checkpointing.

Create and manage semantic data layers, metadata repositories, and knowledge structures that improve AI-generated query accuracy.

Develop conversational AI applications and chatbot interfaces that deliver data insights through natural language interactions.

Analyze conversation-level metrics and user interactions to continuously improve AI agent performance and response quality.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business rules, KPIs, and metric definitions into AI-driven solutions.

Integrate enterprise data platforms such as AWS Athena, Databricks, and PySpark-based environments into AI workflows.

Build integrations and automated export mechanisms for collaboration platforms such as Slack and Google Sheets.

Develop and maintain AI Skills, Agent Workflows, and reusable components within the AI ecosystem.

Design, build, and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and services to enable seamless AI agent interactions.

Write unit tests, integration tests, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring capabilities to ensure production-grade reliability.

Fine-tune prompts, retrieval strategies, evaluation pipelines, and agent behaviors to improve accuracy and business outcomes.

Follow best practices in software engineering, DevOps, version control, and system observability.

Expertise You'll Bring:

6-12 years of experience in Software Development, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or related domains.

Strong hands-on expertise in Python, PySpark, FastAPI, Pydantic, and asynchronous programming patterns.

Advanced SQL skills with experience in Spark SQL, Hive, Athena, query optimization, performance tuning, and complex data transformations.

Extensive experience designing scalable APIs, backend services, and distributed applications.

Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI architectures, and AI application development.

Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, LangFuse, RAG frameworks, and prompt engineering.

Experience building intelligent agent workflows, tool integrations, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks.

Knowledge of semantic search, vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise AI architectures.

Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and modern data platforms.

Strong understanding of data analytics concepts including dimensional modeling, KPI design, cohort analysis, and data governance.

Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik Sense.

Proven experience developing conversational AI systems, chatbots, and user-facing AI applications.

Hands-on experience building AI Skills, Agent Frameworks, and workflow orchestration platforms.

Experience developing and integrating MCP servers and AI interoperability frameworks.

Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD practices, testing frameworks, monitoring, and production support.
