About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with 5 to 8 years of expertise in DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure automation, Linux administration, and CI/CD implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Azure cloud services, automation scripting, Jenkins, infrastructure management, and deployment automation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps pipelines, automating infrastructure processes, improving deployment efficiency, and ensuring the reliability of cloud-based environments. You will work closely with Development, Cloud, Security, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available solutions.

What You'll Do:

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for application delivery and infrastructure deployment.

Develop and maintain Linux shell scripts to automate routine system administration and operational tasks.

Build and optimize automation solutions for configuration management, monitoring, backups, and infrastructure provisioning.

Configure, manage, and enhance Jenkins pipelines to automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.

Deploy and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure cloud environments.

Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to design scalable DevOps solutions.

Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.

Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across cloud and on-premises environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DevOps pipelines, infrastructure, deployment processes, and cloud services.

Implement automation for provisioning and managing infrastructure environments.

Support release management and environment management activities.

Contribute to security best practices and DevSecOps initiatives.

Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, operational procedures, and automation guides.

Support application deployment and production release activities.

Improve operational efficiencies through automation and process optimization.

Evaluate emerging DevOps tools and technologies and recommend improvements.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Expertise You'll Bring:

5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or System Administration.

Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud infrastructure management.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

Strong Linux system administration experience.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.

Experience designing and managing Jenkins-based automation pipelines.

Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices.

Experience automating deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks.

Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and networking concepts.

Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools.

Understanding of containerization technologies and modern deployment architectures.

Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively in fast-paced environments.
