About Position:

We are looking for a Senior SharePoint Solution Architect with deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and modern workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance collaboration solutions that align with business objectives. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical leadership, consulting capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive end-to-end solution architecture across enterprise collaboration platforms.

What You'll Do:

Design and implement enterprise-grade SharePoint Online solutions to meet business and collaboration requirements.

Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.

Develop and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, content types, and workflows.

Design and develop SPFx web parts, extensions, and custom components.

Manage deployments across Development, UAT, and Production environments.

Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 applications, Power Platform, and third-party enterprise systems.

Develop and maintain integration solutions, automation scripts, and reusable frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system compatibility, scalability, and performance.

Monitor SharePoint environments and proactively address performance and availability issues.

Troubleshoot complex SharePoint, SPFx, and Microsoft 365-related issues.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development and support teams.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend optimal solutions.

Collaborate with Microsoft CoE teams to adopt best practices and leverage new platform capabilities.

Create and maintain technical architecture documents, solution designs, standards, and governance frameworks.

Drive platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to security, compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct environment assessments, audits, and architecture reviews to identify improvement opportunities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

10-16 years of experience in SharePoint development, administration, and solution architecture.

Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.

Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise collaboration solutions.

Extensive experience developing SPFx web parts, extensions, and custom SharePoint components.

Strong proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

Experience with PnP PowerShell, PowerShell scripting, and automation frameworks.

Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, information architecture, and governance models.

Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.

Strong knowledge of security, permissions, compliance, and governance within SharePoint Online.

Experience with migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives involving SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing, and communication abilities.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture roadmaps.

Experience working in Agile and enterprise delivery environments.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
