About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic delivery organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving Agile transformations, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and enabling high-performing cross-functional teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery, fostering Agile best practices, removing impediments, and building a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement practices.

Remove impediments and proactively address blockers impacting team productivity.

Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate delivery activities across multiple stakeholders.

Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized, and well-groomed backlog.

Ensure sprint goals and release objectives are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders.

Track sprint progress, team velocity, burn-down metrics, and delivery performance.

Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Facilitate collaboration between business, product, engineering, QA, and operations teams.

Drive transparency and visibility through Agile dashboards and reporting mechanisms.

Support release planning and ensure alignment between delivery roadmaps and business priorities.

Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and quality.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and agile maturity enhancements.

Assist teams in achieving predictable and sustainable delivery outcomes.

Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives where applicable.

Expertise You'll Bring:

12–14 years of overall experience in project delivery and software development environments.

Extensive hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery organizations.

Strong understanding of Scrum Framework, Agile Methodologies, Kanban, Lean Principles, Agile Delivery Practices.

Experience facilitating multiple Agile teams simultaneously.

Strong backlog management and sprint planning expertise.

Proven experience coaching development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.

Ability to build high-performing, self-organized teams.

Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.

Experience promoting Agile mindset, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Ability to influence teams without direct authority.

Experience managing risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery commitments.

Strong understanding of project planning and execution methodologies.

Experience driving predictable sprint and release outcomes.

Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.

Experience supporting enterprise-scale delivery programs.

Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile Dashboards, Reporting & Metrics.

Experience tracking Sprint Velocity, Burndown/Burnup Charts, Team Throughput, Release Metrics.

Ability to present delivery status and project health to leadership teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, Business Leaders, Executive Stakeholders.

Ability to communicate complex delivery challenges effectively.

Experience driving alignment across multiple teams and business units.

Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks.

Ability to proactively manage inter-team dependencies.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Experience resolving team conflicts and facilitating consensus.
