About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our BFSI technology team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable and secure applications, developing cloud-native solutions, designing microservices architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions for banking and financial services customers.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET, and ASP.NET Core.

Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.

Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular or React.

Create reusable UI components using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases and data access layers.

Implement Entity Framework Core–based ORM solutions and database integrations.

Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support production deployments.

Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.

Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, estimations, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Contribute to CI/CD implementation, automated testing, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability across all development phases.

Expertise You'll Bring:

10–12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET Full Stack Development.

Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, LINQ, Entity Framework Core.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software engineering principles.

Experience developing enterprise-grade applications with high availability and scalability requirements.

Hands-on experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Experience developing responsive, accessible, and modern user interfaces.

Understanding of front-end architecture and component-based development.

Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs.

Strong expertise in RESTful API Development, Microservices Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Experience implementing secure API integrations.

Familiarity with API security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

Understanding of distributed systems and enterprise integration patterns.

Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Database Design, Query Optimization, Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning.

Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and ORM frameworks.

Understanding of transactional systems and database scalability concepts.

Experience supporting high-volume enterprise applications.

Experience working with Azure or other major cloud platforms.

Knowledge of Cloud-Native Development, Azure Services, Application Deployment, Monitoring & Logging.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Automated Build & Release Processes.

Experience working in DevOps-enabled environments.

Understanding of Application Security, Authentication & Authorization, OAuth/OpenID Connect, Secure Coding Practices.

Experience implementing logging, monitoring, and observability solutions.

Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.

Experience supporting production issue resolution and root-cause analysis.

Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) environments.

Understanding of secure financial applications and compliance-driven development.

Experience building transactional and customer-facing enterprise systems.

Familiarity with regulated application environments and data security requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to mentor junior developers and guide technical discussions.

Experience working with distributed Agile teams.

Strong ownership mindset and commitment to quality delivery.
