Professionals in TPI are involved in live engagements from the outset, contributing to analysis, execution and client deliverables in coordination with colleagues across the firm. The Delivery Enablement (DE) team supports internal stakeholders by providing a robust operational backbone across TAS, TES, OCFO, VAL, PI, IM, IB and TRS. The team includes Talent Acquisition (TA), Human Capital Management (HCM), Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance and Delivery Excellence. As Portage Point continues to grow, the DE team is laser focused on scalability, quality and automation.

The Senior Associate, Marketing role is for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who will own many repeatable workflows in support of the Marketing team's day-to-day operations. This position reports directly to the VP of Content Marketing and will support and interface with the Head of Marketing and Director of Digital Marketing. The individual will play a hands-on role across marketing operations and administration, content, graphic design support, digital execution and events with an eagerness to build foundational skills across the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, WordPress, Canva and Cvent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by the opportunity to grow within a scaling marketing function.

Responsibilities

Support new hire onboarding materials (professional biographies, LinkedIn announcements, headshots) as well as new hire announcements and press releases
Update and maintain content and assets across Marketing platforms and tools
Support ad hoc internal communications and internal event execution
Maintain onboarding and marketing administrative materials
Assist with scheduling stakeholder and vendor meetings
Support external engagement announcements
Update firm overview and practice line-specific materials
Manage tombstone creation and updates
Create and schedule LinkedIn posts
Support collateral piece creation
Draft case studies features
Execute all steps of the content standard operating procedure (SOP), including following up with contributors to ensure timely posting
Drive consistency across all firm materials in accordance with brand guidelines and writing style guide
Support graphic design by creating basic assets in Canva and coordinating with outside design vendors on sophisticated design projects
Build and prepare email templates in HubSpot for review and deployment
Support digital execution by drafting posts in WordPress, formatting content, performing quality assurance, adhering to brand standards across digital channels and securing approval for publication
Assist with contact database management and list hygiene, including validating contact legitimacy and maintaining data accuracy
Provide Cvent support, including building invitations, registration pages and event microsites
Support ordering branded merchandise for events and new offices
Follow up with attendees to ensure events are properly tracked in Intapp
Manage daily administrative tasks such as file organization, email management, asset requests and library maintenance
Contribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive culture

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program, ideally in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field
Located in, or willing to relocate to, Gurugram and excited to collaborate in office four days a week
Experience operating within professional services, consulting, investment banking or private equity environments (preferably serving US clients)
Two to four years of marketing experience, ideally within financial or professional services
Experience with Canva required; familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Working knowledge of HTML (no coding required)
Experience with HubSpot preferred
Experience with Cvent preferred
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Ability to successfully work in a small, collaborative team environment
Effectively communicates through Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint including high-quality messaging, structure and formatting
Highly responsive during working hours and willing to be available to connect with team members across time zones
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquette
Top-tier organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic understanding of contact record management (CRM) systems a plus
