About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations professional to support the Sales team in acquiring and onboarding merchants for our Payment Gateway and payment solutions. The candidate will be responsible for - Understanding merchant business models and payment requirements, conducting product demonstrations. Supporting RFP/RFI responses, handling technical and product discussions. Helping the Sales team convert opportunities into successful merchant wins.

The ideal candidate should have -

A strong understanding of digital payments, payment gateways, UPI, cards, net banking, payment APIs, settlements, refunds, reconciliation, fraud/risk, and merchant onboarding.

Preferred Candidate Profile

2–6 years of experience in FinTech, Payment Gateway, Banking, SaaS or B2B

Technology.

Experience in Payment Gateway / Payment Aggregator sales or pre-sales is

preferred.

Experience working with enterprise merchants is an advantage.

Strong understanding of digital payment products.

Comfortable working with Sales, Product, Technology and Risk teams.

Strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Computer

Science or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Finance or Technology is an advantage.
