Summary:

UST is looking for an experienced Project Manager with CargoWise/logistics domain exposure to lead end-to-end enterprise application implementations, releases, integrations, and global rollouts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project governance, system integration, data migration, CSV/GxP validation, and stakeholder management across global business and technology teams.

Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with CargoWise/logistics domain exposure to lead end-to-end enterprise application implementations, releases, integrations, and global rollouts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project governance, system integration, data migration, CSV/GxP validation, and stakeholder management across global business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of CargoWise implementation, upgrade, release, and rollout projects .

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resources, vendors, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications .

Oversee system integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and production deployment .

Coordinate Computer System Validation (CSV)/GxP validation , quality approvals, security reviews, and governance activities.

Drive RAID management, change control, project reporting, go-live readiness, training, and transition to support teams .

Work closely with global stakeholders across Business, IT, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Security, and external implementation partners .

Ensure projects follow established PMO and project governance processes .

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field .

10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software/IT implementations and global rollouts.

Strong experience in:

Project planning and scheduling

Budgeting and forecasting

Vendor management

Risk and issue management

Testing and UAT

Data migration

System integrations

Experience working in GxP/Computer System Validation (CSV) environments .

Hands-on experience with project governance and PMO processes .

Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills .

What you need:

Required Skills:

Experience managing CargoWise implementations, upgrades, integrations, or regional/global rollouts .

Domain experience in logistics, freight management, supply chain, pharmaceutical, or life sciences .

Exposure to CargoWise integration with CT Global or similar logistics platforms .

PMP or PRINCE2 certification
