About the job

Manage delivery of a Contract to Cash cycle with emphasis on Project creation and contract creation Review project initiation requests and supporting information received

•Create or review project records in Workday in accordance with segment-specific requirements and naming conventions

•Create customer contracts in Workday and associate them with the appropriate projects.

Initiate and maintain regular dialogue with customers to resolve and prevent issues and to enhance mutual understanding of process

Work with other team in Finance in case they need any information for Billing/ Invoicing

Nurture and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders

Document process documentation and standard methodologies

Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities

Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings

Responsibilities

BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience is preferred

Prior experience of Contract setup, project setup will be a big plus

Experience of working with Workday application

4+ years’ experience in project setup, contract setup in any industry

Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Outlook and Word

Excellent written and verbal communication

Educational requirements

MBA,BBA
