About the Role

We are looking for an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to build and fill the new-business pipeline for 8 Views.

This is a pure outbound role. Your job is to start conversations with the right prospects and hand over qualified, meeting-ready leads. You will not handle proposals, negotiation or closing. The Business Development team picks up from your handover.

You will source leads from LinkedIn and other channels, build relationships with consultants and potential partners, and run a consistent weekly outreach cadence. If you enjoy research, outreach and the discipline of hitting activity and meeting targets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Source leads from LinkedIn, referrals, events, directories, industry databases and other channels, with a focus on our core sectors: Real Estate, Education, Healthcare and other lead-generation businesses.

Run structured LinkedIn outreach : build prospect lists, send connection requests, follow up and start conversations that lead to meetings.

Build and nurture relationships with consultants, agencies and other potential partners to create referral and collaboration channels.

Research each prospect's business, competitors and current digital presence so every outreach message is relevant and personalised.

Qualify leads on budget, need, timeline and decision-maker access before handing them over.

Book discovery calls and meetings for the BD team, with clear notes on the prospect's context and needs.

Maintain a steady weekly outreach cadence and hit defined targets for connections, conversations and meetings booked.

Keep the CRM updated daily with lead status, outreach activity and follow-ups.

Track outreach performance (reply rates, meeting conversion, source-wise quality) and refine messaging and targeting based on the numbers.

Use outreach and lead-generation tools, including LinkedIn automation, enrichment and email tools, to scale outreach without losing quality.

Share weekly reports on pipeline activity and lead quality with the BD lead.

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of experience in outbound lead generation, business development, inside sales or SDR roles, ideally in a digital marketing agency or similar service business.

Strong command of LinkedIn as a prospecting tool , including Sales Navigator, search filters and connection-led conversations.

Proven ability to source leads from multiple channels and book qualified meetings consistently.

Excellent written communication: you can write short, personalised messages that get replies.

Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing, enough to hold a credible first conversation with a prospect.

Comfort with numbers: reply rates, conversion rates and lead-to-meeting ratios.

Hands-on experience with a CRM and outreach or lead-generation tools.

Strong research skills and attention to detail.

Self-driven and comfortable working to weekly activity and meeting targets.

Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, outreach and productivity.

Experience selling digital marketing or performance marketing services.

An existing network of consultants, agencies or channel partners.

Experience with Real Estate, Education or Healthcare clients.

Experience with LinkedIn automation tools, Clay, Apollo, Lusha or similar platforms.

Prior experience in outbound lead generation is mandatory. Candidates with agency experience will be preferred.
