About the Role

As an Operations Intern, you’ll play an important role in keeping the interview process organized and on track. You’ll coordinate with candidates, interviewers, and internal teams, help resolve scheduling challenges, and ensure interviews run as smoothly as possible.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how recruitment operations work inside a growing technology startup while developing practical skills in communication, coordination, problem-solving, and execution.

What You’ll Do

Monitor daily interview schedules and help candidates and interviewers join on time - Make reminder calls and follow up on delays, no-shows, and scheduling concerns - Coordinate interview rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes. - Maintain accurate records of interview attendance, status updates, and follow-ups. - Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve coordination issues quickly - Help improve operational processes and contribute ideas for a smoother interview experience - Take ownership of time-sensitive tasks and ensure important details are handled promptly

What We’re Looking For

A final-year student or recent graduate from any discipline - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Confidence communicating with candidates, clients, interviewers, and internal stakeholders by phone and message - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously - Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. - A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and readiness to take ownership - Comfort working independently while collaborating with a remote team

Internship Duration: 6 months | Remote Stipend : ₹15,000/ per month Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM IST PPO Opportunity: Based on performance
