Job Summary
We are looking for a Jr. Executive – Air Freight Operations & Commercials to support day-to-day air freight operations, shipment coordination, documentation, and commercial activities. The candidate will coordinate with customers, airlines, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer coordination for air freight import/export shipments .
Coordinate with customers, airlines, agents, transporters, and internal teams.
Provide timely updates on bookings, flight schedules, shipment status, delays, and delivery .
Follow up for shipment documents, approvals, and pending requirements .
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Prepare and maintain shipment trackers, MIS, and documentation including MAWB/HAWB.
Support quotations, rate requests, billing, and commercial coordination .
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and air freight procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 1–3 years’ experience in Air Freight / Freight Forwarding.
Good understanding of air freight operations and documentation .
Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and email communication .
