Experience in consulting or any other offshore-onshore coordinated work
Manage and challenge senior stakeholders, and able to work beyond own area of expertise
Manage end-to-end delivery for projects
10+ years of SPM, Incentive Compensation Implementation experience such as, Callidus Oracle Incentive Compensation, Anaplan. Experience on Varicent and Xactly is a plus.
10+ years of ICM experience designing, developing and maintaining ICM models and reports with at least five full lifecycle implementations of a ICM model.
Structured thinking to adapt quickly to changes in policy, processes and business priorities with demonstrated business operations experience
Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
Experience in use of ICM modules (eg: Composer, Portal Access, Task Manager, and Presenter).
Business knowledge of the sales compensation business processes.
Experience in global system rollouts strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning. Knowledge of software development and implementation lifecycles.
Lead the delivery by liaising with the senior leadership and ensure quality of deliverables
Lead, guide, coach and motivate team members to their optimum performance levels and career development. Strong people leadership skills and leading by example
Assist in implementing strategies for talent acquisition, development & retention
Support practice development initiatives, which includes innovation, knowledge management, point of view development, services standardization, etc.
Education / professional
qualifications
MBA from a reputed college is preferred.
Prior Experience:
The candidate must have 12+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4.
