About the job
8–10 years of experience in CLM/Icertis implementations with strong functional, configuration, and stakeholder management skills. • Configure and maintain Icertis CLM components, including workflows, templates, clauses, approval processes, notifications, roles, and permissions. • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Icertis functional and configuration solutions. • Support system testing, UAT, release deployments, and post-production stabilization activities. • Troubleshoot functional and configuration-related issues and support ongoing enhancements and maintenance. • Collaborate with business users, functional leads, and technical teams to support integrations with SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications. • Prepare configuration documentation, solution design documents, user guides, and training materials. • Hands-on experience with Icertis data model, contract structures, rules framework, and platform administration. • Experience supporting large-scale, global CLM implementations and working in cross-functional delivery teams.
