Responsibilities
"• Own the IT CMDB strategy, design, implementation, daily operations, and adoption
Act as subject matter expert for:
Configuration Items discovery
Service mapping
Hardware Asset management, Software Asset Management, including lifecycle
Define, maintain, and govern relationships between Configuration Items through automated and manual processes
Ensure completeness, integrity, and accuracy of CMDB data"
"• Coordinate CMDB implementation with the ServiceNow platform owner and external vendors
Manage CMDB integrations with third party tools (e.g. Intune, monitoring solution…)
Define KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement actions
Enable and support other ITSM processes, especially Incident and Change Management
Collaborate with IT Security, IT Enterprise Architecture, External Service Providers, Regional IT, Finance, and Business Solutions teams
Drive CMDB adoption internally and externally through communication, documentation, training, procedures, and best practices
Support Incident Management activities when required"
Educational requirements
