Developer II - Software Engineering

Experience: 3-5 Years Experience in Java & Python Technical Skills Required: • 3+ years of experience • Proficient skills on Core Java, JavaScript, Java/J2EE, RCP, CI/CD • Good working knowledge on C++, Python, NetBeans/RCP would be an added advantage • Good understanding on Electronics/Hardware • Good Knowledge on OOPs, Data Structures & Algorithms and Design Patterns • Hands on experience in Junits • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Good interpersonal and presentation skills • Working experience in Agile software development and Scrum methodologies Responsibilities : • Analyze, implement/configure project-specific development/Deployment. • Participate in all phases of the Agile/Scrum process, actively contributing to development and continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following industry best practices and coding standards. • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance. • Regular communication with the stakeholders like Product Owner etc Qualifications • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Electronics & Communication or similar discipline Minimum 3+ years of relevant working experience in hands-on technical roles, with recent implementation application
