Your Profile
•Lead and act as the principal Interaction/Visual Design expert for dedicated Design Pods on high-impact client projects.
•Establish and maintain the Design Direction for projects, ensuring all outputs align with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
•Conduct rigorous design quality reviews and quality assurance checks on all deliverables before client presentation.
•Ensure the seamless application of the end-to-end UX/UI and Human-Centred Design process across all project stages (from discovery to delivery).
•Champion and lead the adoption of AI across the Design lifecycle from Design Research to Concepting to Design Execution to User Testing and Value measurement.
•Lead, manage, and actively mentor a team of designers , fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Your Role
•8 to 14 years of relevant work experience in the field of Experience Design and designing complex Digital Experiences.
•Demonstrable expertise in designing for diverse platforms, including Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), Conversational AI, and other emerging digital channels.
•Proven ability to deliver impactful solutions for clients across various industry verticals (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Tech).
•Deep proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
•Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•A strong portfolio showcasing successful digital projects and your contribution to their strategic design direction.
