Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Figma, along with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, experience with AI tools is essential to enhance our design processes and user experiences. This role requires a creative thinker who can translate complex ideas into intuitive and engaging designs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to effectively communicate design ideas.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in AI, to continuously improve design processes.

Work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.

Mandatory Skills:

Proficiency in Figma is a deal breaker; candidates must demonstrate strong skills in this tool.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with development teams.

Experience with AI tools that enhance design workflows and user experiences.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first design.

Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX design.

Ability to create animations and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
