Your work profile
Around ~5-8 years of experience in SAP FICO
For REMSC Region, accountable for the management of the technical and functional landscape under Finance, including technical and functional integration, full end to end process coverage in a multi-country solution.
Closely collaborates with all other ERP functions, non-ERP domains to provide high value solutions.
Engages in requirement analysis to decide which requirements are covered by available, standard functionalities for which functionality enhancements are needed and for which functionality workarounds are accepted.
Handling L3 level issues, Custom solutions and Enhancements.
Responsible for change management, training, and knowledge transfer to support finance teams and end-users
Drives continuous process improvements and optimization of Finance processes across REMSC region
Supports incident for critical production issues
Key Skills Required
Education- Any Bachelors
Ensure documentation, internal controls, and audit standards are complied
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with internal and client leadership, providing regular status
updates and insights.
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes and drive issue resolution.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and
automation within the FICO landscape.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP FICO certification (optional but preferred).
Experience in multi-module integration (MM, SD, PP).
Exposure to automation and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics, etc.)
