Functional SME / Business Analyst, Sustainment Openings 1 Location Any location Shift Client overlap hours Team Sustainment team Role purpose The functional bridge between business operations and the Celonis technical team. Owns functional triage, KPI interpretation, root cause analysis, requirement clarification and enhancement intake for warehouse and transportation processes. Key responsibilities • Perform functional triage of incidents, service requests and enhancement requests • Determine whether an issue comes from process execution, source data, KPI logic, configuration or system behaviour • Validate warehouse and transportation KPI definitions and calculation rules • Analyse operational exceptions and process variants in Celonis • Investigate issues involving PGI, POD, transit time, dwell, ageing, missed milestones and on time delivery • Document requirements, process rules and acceptance criteria with business stakeholders • Maintain the KPI catalogue, process maps, business rule register and enhancement backlog • Translate business requirements into user stories and specifications for the engineering team • Help users interpret dashboards, s, root causes and process insights • Coordinate user acceptance testing and business validation • Identify recurring operational issues and recommend improvements to the client owners, who make the operational decisions • Support baseline definition and benefit measurement Required skills and experience • 6+ years of business analysis, process consulting, supply chain operations or process mining experience • Strong knowledge of warehouse, order to delivery, transportation or logistics processes • Understanding of KPIs such as on time delivery, dwell, transit time, ageing, milestone adherence and freight cost • Experience documenting requirements, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria • Working knowledge of Celonis analyses, dashboards, process explorer and root cause analysis • Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management Preferred • SAP logistics processes • Celonis Data Analyst certification Success measures • Accurate functional classification and prioritisation of tickets • Clear, testable requirements • Consistent KPI definitions and business rules • Timely business acceptance of fixes and enhancements • Strong adoption of Celonis capabilities
