Job Description

Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data testing strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development business and project stakeholders to understand data requirements and testing needs Develop and oversee the execution of test plans and cases focusing on ETL processes data migration and data validation Analyze data models mappings and transformation rules to identify potential data quality issues Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards throughout the testing lifecycle Utilize advanced SQL and data testing tools to validate data transformations and business rules Drive continuous improvements in data testing methodologies and automation frameworks Mentor and guide testing teams to enhance their technical skills and testing capabilities Manage defect tracking reporting and resolution processes to maintain highquality data deliverables

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop maintain and execute automated and manual test scripts focused on data testing

Conduct thorough data validation and exploratory testing to identify discrepancies and data quality issues

Coordinate with business and IT teams to gather and refine testing requirements

Lead test planning test case design execution and defect management activities

Monitor quality metrics test coverage risks and release readiness

Ensure traceability between requirements test cases and defects

Participate in defect triage regression testing and release activities

Collaborate with stakeholders to document testing processes and outcomes

Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the data testing team and wider organization
