Associate II - Drive Tester

Telecom Engineer will be responsible for SCFT execution, field optimization activities, log analysis, and validation of network performance reports. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful site acceptance, issue identification, troubleshooting, and quality compliance. Key Responsibilities: Execute and coordinate Single Cell Functional Testing (SCFT) activities for new and upgraded telecom sites. Perform log collection, analysis, and troubleshooting using SCFT/Drive Test tools. Validate SCFT reports and ensure compliance with customer and project acceptance criteria. Conduct end-to-end (E2E) testing and verification of network functionality and service performance. Analyze network KPIs, identify performance issues, and support optimization initiatives. Coordinate with field, optimization, and project teams for issue resolution and site acceptance. Perform post-processing and prepare quality reports, observations, and recommendations. Track and manage SCFT activities, observations, and closure reports within defined timelines. Support quality governance and ensure adherence to operational processes and standards.
