Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Assistant Manager of Category Growth to take ownership of our category expansion, lead conversion rates, and revenue generation. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our sales funnel, identifying untapped growth opportunities through data analytics and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to elevate the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion: Actively engage potential customers, systematically follow up on incoming leads, and deploy effective strategies to maximize conversion rates.

Revenue Generation: Take ownership of category-specific sales targets, consistently identifying and executing on opportunities to accelerate top-line revenue growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our Operations and Customer Support (CS) teams to guarantee flawless service delivery and a frictionless customer experience from first touchpoint to post-care.

Data-Driven Strategy: Monitor and analyze critical sales performance metrics, lead conversion data, and revenue trends to pinpoint operational gaps and forecast growth trajectories.

Process Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks within the sales funnel and implement agile, scalable solutions to enhance both conversion efficiency and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Education: An MBA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related highly analytical field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, category growth, or a closely aligned commercial role.

Core Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities with a natural ability to build rapport and close deals.

Analytical Mindset: A strong proficiency in using data to solve complex problems, validate hypotheses, and drive strategic decision-making.

Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred and considered a strong asset.

Work Style: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance, and target-driven startup environment.
