The Application Engineer supports the implementation and maintenance of software applications that meet business needs. This role exists to help deliver reliable and well-tested software while gaining hands-on experience with modern tools and practices. The position works closely with senior engineers, product managers, and QA teams to learn best practices and contribute to high-quality solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

2+ years of IT experience in building front-end and/or back-end systems.

Basic experience of Java.

Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, NodeJS, Spring).

Basic understanding of version control (Git) and Agile development.

Exposure to relational databases (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases.

Industry experience preferred but not required.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, write clean code, and work effectively in a team environment.

Essentials

Essential Dutieswrite, Test, And Maintain Code For Software Applications Under Guidance Of Senior Engineers.

Assist In Developing And Enhancing Front-End And/Or Back-End Components.

Participate In Code Reviews And Incorporate Feedback To Improve Code Quality.

Write Basic Unit And Integration Tests To Support Application Reliability.

Help Troubleshoot And Resolve Bugs And Support Issues.

Follow Established Coding Standards, Documentation Practices, And Processes.

Collaborate With Team Members In Agile Ceremonies (Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).

Learn And Apply New Technologies, Tools, And Frameworks As Needed.

Perform Other Tasks As Assigned.
