Job Summary
Candidate should have following credentials:
Experience in Rotary Equipments :- Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Blowers, Turbines and Agitators, etc. for Oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical industries.
Experience in Mechanical Packages :- Process and Utility Packages like Glycol Dehydration, Chemical Injection, WHRU, Air Dryer, Nitrogen Generation package, Water Treatment, Effluent Treatment, Boilers, etc.
Technical Specifications preparation
Calculations (Sizing, NPSHa, Motor Capacity Calculations) (Input for Vendors)
Datasheets preparation (Input for Vendors)
Vendor List preparation
Material Requisition / RFQ (Request for Quotation) for Vendors
Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) (Technical + commercial)
Purchase Requisition (Purchase Order)
Vendor Document Review (VDR) (Post Order)
Vendor Management
Very good grasp of international codes related to the field: API 610, API 674, API 676, API 617, API 618, API 619, API 673, etc.
Experience in developing P&IDs, review of Process documents.
Experience in the Sulphuric Acid Plant would be plus point.
Familiar with interdisciplinary reviews of datasheets, specifications, and vendor documents.
Sound knowledge of material standards, inspection requirements and testing requirements including NDE.
