Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) (Technical + commercial)
Purchase Requisition (Purchase Order)
Vendor Document Review (VDR) (Post Order)
Vendor Management
Very good grasp of international codes related to the field: ASME B&PV code, EN code, API 650, API 620, API 660, TEMA etc.
