Act as the day-to-day contact between the Application Security function, internal delivery teams and UST for penetration testing scheduling and resource co-ordination. • Maintain a consolidated view of requested, planned, scheduled, in-progress and completed penetration tests. • Work with UST to identify and allocate suitably skilled testing resources against agreed demand and priorities. • Co-ordinate test dates, resource availability, delivery milestones and changes to agreed schedules. • Confirm test-readiness information is available, including scope, contacts, environment readiness, access arrangements and required completion dates. • Follow up outstanding information, actions and dependencies, and co-ordinate test kick-offs with internal contacts and assigned UST testers. • Track delivery through scope confirmation, resource assignment, testing, report delivery and retesting. • Provide accurate status information and highlight scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, blocked tests, delayed reports and overdue retests. • Escalate prioritisation, technical, scope, quality and risk decisions to the Application Security Delivery Manager. • Ensure requests follow the agreed security testing intake and projects front-door process.
