•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering
•A deep passion for technology and software development
•Proficiency in C++
•Sound understanding of multi-threaded application design and development and experience with lock-free data structures
•Professional experience working with distributed systems
•Knowledge of CPU microarchitecture, caches and memory subsystems and experience with micro-optimizations
•Experience in low latency messaging, TCP/UDP tuning, Linux latency tunings is preferred
•Experience with low latency trading platform is preferable but not necessary
•Excellent communication skills
•A self-starter, should have ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team environment
