•Internship or project experience in accounting, audit, or tax.
•Exposure to Indian GAAP or Ind AS through coursework or practical training.
•Working knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or other ERP tools).
•Familiarity with GST return preparation or basic tax compliance processes.
•Progress toward professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA.
•Interest in process improvement and automation in finance operations.
