We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance Manager to join our BNY Investments team. This role is located in Pune, India.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Lead a client operations and reporting team by demonstrating expertise in client performance metrics and reporting standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency, ensuring alignment with BNY’s strategic objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve client service delivery.
Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of excellence and accountability in client operations.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of performance reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance.
Drive innovation in reporting processes by integrating new technologies and methodologies.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience. Experience in Finance or operations preferred.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in reporting and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
