Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the overall HR life cycle of all the mapped employees• Achieve the target department ESAT score through innovative people initiatives• Use people skills related to employee retention to manage the overall attrition target of the organization• Connect with employees during branch visits

Required Qualifications and Experience

•8-12 years of experience•With the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities•Excellent academic record•Proactive nature and keen to explore the career opportunities offered at BFL•Ready to work in a continuously challenging environment•Ready to relocate to any location as mandated by the organization•Excellent communication and negotiation skills•Excellent listener and solution finder to people issues•Empathetic nature with balanced assertiveness•Post Graduate from a recognized / approved university•4+ Years of work experience in the financial industry domain•Should have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
