Schedule: US Eastern time hours (night shift - transport provided for both pick and drop)

Travel: Occasional travel to client locations

We help large enterprises and global organizations build adaptive, high-performing workforces through learning strategy, managed learning operations, and skills programs. We are looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional to grow our strategic accounts and bring in new large enterprise and global clients. You will build long-term relationships with senior learning, talent, and HR leaders and guide complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. This is an onsite role in Noida and works US Eastern hours, so it is a night shift. Please apply only if both work for you.

What you’ll do

Identify, qualify, and pursue new large enterprise and global clients through targeted outreach, executive networking, and market research.

Build pipeline through focused, strategic prospecting rather than high-volume cold outreach.

Create and run account plans for existing clients to expand wallet share and build multi-year partnerships.

Lead consultative sales conversations, from early advisory discussions through managed services engagements.

Navigate buying processes involving CLOs, Chief Talent Officers, CHROs, senior HR leaders, procurement, legal, and IT.

Keep pipeline coverage healthy and move opportunities forward through the sales cycle.

Build trusted relationships with senior learning, talent, and HR leaders in current accounts and target prospects.

Work with delivery, marketing, presales, and subject matter experts on proposals and smooth handoffs to implementation.

Develop deep knowledge of the industries and organizations in your territory, including trigger events and timing.

What you bring

5 to 10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a record of both winning new business and expanding existing accounts.

Background selling professional services, consulting, HR technology, or enterprise learning solutions.

Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Success with consultative, relationship-based selling and multi-stakeholder buying processes.

Experience selling to global enterprises or Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is preferred.

Understanding of corporate learning and development, talent management, or HR advisory markets, and familiarity with skills-based organizations and Human + AI collaboration.

Executive presence and credibility with senior HR, talent, and learning leaders.

Strong discovery, communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.

Experience managing pipeline and forecasting in a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Self-directed, with the resilience to manage long sales cycles.

Able to work onsite in Noida on US Eastern time hours (night shift).
