We are currently seeking a Technology Consultant - Performance Engineer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Engineer with strong expertise in Performance Testing, Workload Modeling, Capacity Assessment, and Performance Analysis across UI applications, APIs, MQ-based messaging systems, and Batch Processing workloads.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE), Apache JMeter, AutoSys, performance monitoring, bottleneck analysis, and performance optimization . The role will work closely with Application Teams, Architects, Developers, Middleware Teams, Database Teams, and Infrastructure Teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performing enterprise applications.

Day to Day Job Duties

Design and execute performance testing strategies, test plans, workload models, and test scenarios.

Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE) and Apache JMeter .

Execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, and volume tests across applications and services.

Perform UI performance testing and analyze response times, throughput, concurrency, and system behavior under load.

Design and execute API and MQ performance testing for REST, SOAP, and messaging-based systems.

Develop workload models covering concurrent users, transaction volumes, message throughput, and business transactions.

Analyze batch workloads scheduled through AutoSys and identify performance improvement opportunities.

Monitor application, middleware, database, and infrastructure performance during test execution.

Identify performance bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis for performance issues.

Perform capacity analysis and provide infrastructure sizing recommendations.

Analyze CPU, memory, JVM, database, network, and middleware utilization metrics.

Correlate performance test results with monitoring and observability data.

Prepare performance test reports, bottleneck analysis findings, and optimization recommendations.

Support SIT, UAT, release validation, production readiness assessments, and performance sign-offs.

Collaborate with development, database, infrastructure, and operations teams to resolve performance issues.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE) and Apache JMeter .

Experience performing UI, API, MQ, and Batch Performance Testing.

Experience analyzing batch workloads and job scheduling using AutoSys .

Strong understanding of workload modeling, bottleneck analysis, and performance tuning.

Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Infrastructure Analysis: CPU, Memory, JVM, Network, Middleware, Database Performance

Reporting: Performance Reports, Test Results Analysis, Executive Summaries

Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SDLC

Nice to Have

Experience in Banking, Payments, Financial Services, or high-volume transaction processing environments .

Knowledge of Java/JVM Performance Analysis and Tuning.

Experience with SQL and Database Performance Optimization.

Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands, shell scripting, and log analysis.

Experience with CI/CD-driven performance testing and automation.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Experience with microservices and distributed application architectures.

Understanding of observability and monitoring best practices.

Experience supporting production performance investigations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience Profile

5–8+ years of Performance Testing and Engineering experience.

Strong expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE) and Apache JMeter.

Experience performing UI, API, MQ, and Batch workload testing.

Strong understanding of workload modeling and performance analysis.

Experience conducting capacity assessments and performance optimization activities.

Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms.

Experience supporting enterprise applications in production-like environments.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.

Ability to independently execute performance testing activities and provide optimization recommendations.
