Your work profile

Profile Name- UI and UX designer

Conduct user research and translate needs into journeys and design requirements.

Create information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.

Develop and maintain reusable design components and standards.

Ensure responsive, accessible and consistent experiences across devices.

Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on evidence and feedback.

Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts and developers through implementation.

Educational Qualification

BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech.

Experience

3+ Years experience in UI and UX..

Demonstrated experience delivering responsibilities relevant to this profile in enterprise or public-sector environments.

Key Technical Skills

User research, personas, journeys, information architecture and interaction design.

Wireframing and prototyping using Figma, Adobe XD or equivalent tools.

Responsive design, design systems, accessibility and usability testing.

Ability to translate complex healthcare/business workflows into intuitive interfaces.

Preferred Skills

Relevant professional or technology certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in healthcare, health insurance, government or large-scale e-governance applications would be an added advantage.
