Your work profile

Profile Name- Database Lead / Developer

Lead database design, data modelling and development across applications.

Develop SQL objects, procedures, migration scripts and integration components.

Review queries and schemas and optimize performance, reliability and scalability.

Establish coding, data quality, security and database design standards.

Support cloud database implementation, releases, troubleshooting and production issues.

Mentor database developers and coordinate with application, analytics and DBA teams.

Educational Qualification

BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech.

Experience

8+ Years; PostgreSQL/ Oracle/ MySQL; Cloud Database Modelling and Performance tuning.

Demonstrated experience delivering responsibilities relevant to this profile in enterprise or public-sector environments.

Key Technical Skills

Advanced SQL, data modelling, schema design, stored procedures and database development.

PostgreSQL, Oracle and/or MySQL; cloud-managed database services.

Query optimization, indexing, partitioning, replication and performance tuning.

ETL/data migration, data quality, backup strategy and database security.

Preferred Skills

Relevant professional or technology certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in healthcare, health insurance, government or large-scale e-governance applications would be an added advantage.
