Your work profile:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
The candidate will be responsible for business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Configure and support SAP FI modules:
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting,
Configure and support SAP CO modules:

Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
Perform gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
Support integration with SD, MM, PP, PS, and other SAP modules.
Execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
Support migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Key skills required:
5+ years of SAP FICO implementation/support experience.
At least 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Experience in global rollout or support projects is preferred.
Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
Expertise in Financial Closing and Reporting processes.
Hands-on experience in AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Banking, Costing, and COPA.
Knowledge of integration points with SAP SD, MM, PP, and PS.
Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
Good understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance preferred.
Experience in data migration and testing activities.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an added advantage.
